A satellite office concept for the tech company MindBody spanning two floors with a focus on diversity in workstyles and hospitality features to support employee wellness, which is at the core of this company's business model servicing fitness, beauty and wellness studios.
Special amenities include a yoga studio that doubles as a town hall and event space, a Himalayan salt wellness room. Two additional wellness rooms can be privately booked by employees, and double as nursing rooms.
Daylight mapping was combined with site analysis of the building's proximity to neighboring high-rise structures to optimize space programming and views. Environmental factors like noise from certain departments , as well as frequency of days in office were calibrated into schematic design to develop a plan that was supportive for each departments unique needs.
